Our founder, Danielle Lisa, (formerly known as De Roberto) has had extensive experience over her 13 years of practice and after leading a small practice for 10 years, she has ventured to focus on providing targeted legal assistance to the community with a strong focus on deceased estate litigation and estate planning. Legato Law is dedicated to guiding their clients through complex legal processes and achieving favorable and smooth outcomes. The team is committed to providing personalised and strategic legal solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. As the principal lawyer at Legato Law, Danielle brings extensive expertise running a law practice and providing advice in commercial law with a proven track record in handling complex deceased estate litigation and estate planning matters. With a focus on delivering favorable outcomes for her clients, with over 10 years' experience running a law practice and 13 years in the legal field, Danielle leads the team in providing strategic legal counsel and representation tailored to individual client needs.

She is clear with her clients about realistic expectations and outcomes and delivers to a high standard within reasonable time frames. She delicately handles sensitive legal matters with kindness and a down to earth approach which has seen her forge an abundance of long lasting client relationships.

Danielle is passionate about giving back to the community and the profession. She has served as Secretary for a not-for-profit organisation, provided regular pro bono advice to Wanslea grandcarers and regularly provides one on one mentoring for young law students.

In her spare time, you might find her singing, camping or simply being a busy mum of two young daughters.

Natalie has a keen eye for detail and a talent for creative arts and is responsible for the Legato Law logo and promotional materials. She assists Legato Law on an adhoc basis.

In her spare time, Natalie runs a Custom Creations business, loves singing, cooking, and being a mother to her two young daughters.
